A Feeling of a Teacher!

A Teacher is a person who makes a small kid into a complete person. A person is with the teachers for about 14 years IE., from his/her K.G to Higher Secondary Studies.  In this period we meet different kind of teachers with different attitude and different behavior towards the children, some very rude in behavior some easy going. alll the students have different mentality about their every teacher.  One will say that this teacher will teach nicely and will be easy going but the other will think the opposite of the same.  This differs due to difference in mentality of the persons and how they look at them.

But a true teacher does not see any difference in the students they teach.  They see the bright student and the dull student as the same.  They teach the same lessons to all the students and speak to all the students in the same manner. But the some students who praise them in front of their face but talking ill of them in their back are the students who make the teachers really unhappy than the students not studying well in the class.

A mentality of the Student when he dislikes the teacher is BUNKING the class.  This is a really bad habit that the students learns from some bad films that showcase the actor bunking the class when the teacher is teaching  in front of him.

This is a real conversation with a college professor who is working in a college in the heart of Chennai.  When I happened to speak to the professor who was the friend of my cousin, I came to know the real feeling of the teacher seeing his student bunking the class in front of his eyes. What he said to me is quoted as he said:
From my childhood I was dreaming to become a teacher who makes a strong foundation for the Future India.  So I did my college studies and first got a job in the private school.  On seeing young faces in the classroom as I entered the classroom for the first time, I got a feeling that all are the futures pillars of the India, smiling and wishing me a good morning.  Before joining I told myself that I should not go out the the lessons since it will distract the students and I should be less talking to the students.  But after seeing the faces, I just went on to mingle myself with the students talked with them as a friend and taught the lessons to them in a fun filled manner that every student enjoy studying.  This went for about 6 years during which i did my Ph.D.. This helped my in joining this college. In my age, we were not distracted by the media which was not much developed in that age.  But now I am feeling very bad why I took the job of Teaching and getting the pains which i cant bear.  As the students have different mentality about me and my teaching, some students who have negative impact on me does not attend my class. Not only that, they spread the negative impression on the students who have positive impression also that make them to feel bad of me.  At first I cant understand why they go out the class. I first thought that they find some difficulty in understanding my  teaching, so i asked one day for the Feedback on the lesson I thought to them.  75% of the students make the positive result.  But the other 25% was the worst comments, bad words etc.. The other 25% decreased the 75 % into 40 % for the next lesson feedback.  This made me to feel very bad of my teaching.  Also the actions and the gestures they make when i am teaching and going out the class when i am teaching made me to feel worse.  This affected my state of mind and also my teaching abilities.

This is the State of Teacher who thinks good of his students but get the bad effects.  So after reading this, students should understand the mind and feelings of the teachers and study well using them having their full support.

Time: The Non Stop Runner

Life the Game we play on Our Earth, according to me is a game where nothing is real and permanently with us. Anything we have now in our hands will not be forever.  This is the meaning of the Great Proverb

Time and Tide Wait for None

The Proverb first made me to think why tides are said important with the time until I first saw the Bay of Bengal in Chennai, at the age of 9. It is my first sight of the sea and the waves. That is where i came to know why this tides are said with the time. There time too went on going the the tides which came and hit my feet too did not wait for another one to come there.

That is the place and that is the minute I began to realize how important the time is.  Thereafter i just started to make a routine for my daily work too which would follow according to the time. Till now I cant follow the routine made by me at that time. But trying to keep up to the routine is a task which is still like a task of climbing a mountain.  I still dont know why I am like this wasting my precious time instead of using them for my studies and other useful works. But  i cant realize why I am like this. My Father would say this should soon be changed or it will spoil your future.  I will be keep on listening to him but there is no improvement in his saying. He told in the end I will wait till you realize my saying but the time and your tender teen age will not wait for you. This made me to feel. and change my habits. and now i see the results.  So i want all the Friends to understand the value of time and act upon it because Time is  Precious.  Feel the Sense of time the Start working friends!
